For maximum visibility!  All cover page advertisements include a prominent graphic link at the top of the website and all are full page color with the exception of the front cover.  The outside front cover ad is a half page with a white background and blue print, and includes a full page color ad within the book.

Advertising material is to be emailed to dressagebluebook@yahoo.com or mailed on a cd.  Camera ready advertisiments may be mailed to 493 Citadel Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL  32714.

 

All additional instructions for the advertisement must accompany the advertisement.

Weblinks may only be purchased in addition to an advertisement in the book.

Distribution
Distribution will be to all riders and owners who have subscriptions with us, those who order yearly, participating show officials and advertisers. We estimate the distribution to be about 800, including a limited "courtesy" mailing.

Ad Sizes
Full page ads are 4.5" wide by 7.5" high.
Half page ads are 4.5" wide by 3.75" high.
Quarter page ads are 2.25" wide by 3.75" high or 4.5" wide by 1.875" high.
Weblinks are 300 pixels long by 140 pixels high.

Specifications

Advertisements should be sent in a digital format.  Most formats are acceptable.  Some of the most common are bmp, pdf, jpg, eps and png. All other ads may be mailed camera ready.  Advertisements that are not camera ready will be subject to additional fees.

Full bleed ads
There is no extra charge for full bleed.  The spiral binding will take up about 1/4" of space at the edge of the paper.  We will not be responsible if any text or graphic has spiral binding going through it.  The actual paper size is 5½”w x  8½ ”h.

Weblinks
All weblink graphics are to be sent in digital format by the due date.  If a graphic is not sent, the publisher will make a simple graphic and display it on the website.  You may change the graphic at anytime during the year by simply sending a replacement via email.
